1st question - "9 years of failure and mediocrity. Is there anytime that you can point to which is an improvement in that time"

TF - "we were losing £15m a year and this year we will make £1m"

"as a board we have bought financial stability, but maintain a sense of hope"

Legal challenges get a mention. Let's hope they revisit that and get confirmation that side of things is now over

As I understand it the Trust offered to meet with Fisher privately before having an open meeting.
It was me who suggested the open meeting not the Sky Blue Trust, maybe I should have asked them first.

Run a break even business with a small budget

Put a team on the pitch which max's out the budget

Can make some changes in January

Work in constraints of costs. Wages cannot exceed income

Don't buy his bollocks that protests will stop us being taken over that has appeared today, its all bullshit.

It gives him an easy excuse which is an unfortunate side effect but what's the other option? We can't get people to turn up week in week out in the numbers that will attract attention so its protest or nothing really.

I suppose he could have a point, if you assume an investor is a neutral (surely if it was a fan they wouldn't have let things go this far) and they saw a quarter full stadium, multiple stoppages due to pitch invasions, fighting in the stands etc it wouldn't encourage you to open your chequebook.

Lets hope any potential investor can look past that and see the passion of the fans.

Q - "why do you believe CCFC fans should continue investing and going to games"

A - "we are trying to put as much money as we can on the pitch. Last year we did very well and consolidate in the play offs. It is what it is and I ask you to look fwd"

If we had discussion 1 year ago it would be very different to what it is now

A year of absolute disappointment

Ask fans to look forward with new manager and chances we will make in a January

Small proportion of Maddison money has been spent

Operation losses £1.7m

To cover we sold a player = small profit

Incredibly low budget

Driven by revenue which is different to other models

Ah forgot that one even though SISU say yes or no as to whether we sell a player.
SISU set and sign off the strategic strategy.
SISU set and sign off the budget
Please don't forget SISU and CCFC are two entirely seperate entities and CCFC are nothing to do with legal action

Tried, looked at, bid on sites

Still a requirement to have its own stadium

Without it the club will die

Done research on number since 2008/09

TF - "It will be a challenge. Role of chairman is to manage interest of club (owners) and supporters. I get the sense that they are being aggressively challenged and find it to much. "

if you've tried to bid on sites then tell us which ones.
If you're genuinely bid on sites and it's failed for one reason and another then tell us which ones.
If you've at least tried it would make me feel better than sitting here believing you've done nothing and have been leading us around by the nose.

Moz Baker

For a football club to be successful there has to be a relationship between owner and supporter;

Last nights toxic atmosphere is SISU's doing

What can be done to mend that relationship?

"Tell you one thing, it will be a challenge. Role of chairman is to manage supporters and expectation of owners".

"I'm not quite sure what I do to encourage owners to sit down with fans"

"Forever being aggressively challenged"

"Every time they stick their head above trench it's shot off"

- slot of people see you (Tim) as part of the problem

"My role is independent. I don't work for SISU".

"I have to fight corner of club and supporters"
