Nowt obscure there. Don van Vliet was one of my heroes!I went a bit obscure in my teens and early 20's, and bought albums by Spooky Tooth, Captain Beefheart, Tangerine Dream and others. Best album title by Spooky Tooth was "You Broke My Heart, So I Busted Your Jaw!"

Never saw Free but saw them all separately - Paul Rodgers toured Free spirit a few years ago - saw Bad Co and Kossoff with Back Street Crawler ( fine debut album)Now you're talking. Kossoff was on fire, as was Simon Kirke. Don't think I've seen a drummer work so hard; utterly soaked with sweat!
