Brilliant effort but it is Division 3 don't forget.

Imo Gibson's record of 52 goals in about 110 matches in a really struggling top flight side is the most impressive of any striker to play for us.

I personally think that he will leave in the summer ( hope he doesn't) but if he stays the problem is going to be the finding of a suitable partner.

'Only' 18 league goals though.

The premier league play 8 less league games than the football league though to be fair.

18 in 38 games in the PL is 0.47 goals per game

Scoring 20 in the football league is 0.43 goals per game

Obviously Wilson's missed a few games, so just talking in general when trying to compare Dublins 18, with 20 in the FL.

You missed off Dublin's 23 in the prem!! He topped the prem goal scoring chart that season!!

Wasn't he only a couple off the European Golden Boot? Quick quiz question. Who was the last Englishman to win it?

My main point was he's the first City player to get 20 league. He can only do it in the league we are in against the teams we have to play. But given that he has been injured for the best part of 2 months it's a great thing to have our man at the top of the goalscoring tables....

Oh and European Golden Boot Winner..... Kevin Phillips????
