I have said it before and I will say it again but as soon as the initial ball starts rolling on a definite takeover clubs usually cease all transfer dealings until its complete.
Why would Hoffman buy the team if SISU have sold all the assets first? Surely the price to pay would be reduced to compensate so its not in SISU's interest to sell the players in the first place.
