Went to see the remake of IT last week.
Felt a bit like a remake of the Goonies tbh.
And it was only the 1st half of the book which I didn't realise!

I watched true romance yesterday

The scene with Dennis hopper and Christopher walken was fantastic

Spilt- James Mcavoy was really good nice nod towards another M night Shylaman film at the end too. 8/10

Jo Nesbos' Snowman been panned by the critics - Director admitted to missing shooting 15 scenes - so Jig saw without pieces - might just stick to memories of the book until its on Sky movies

I had a lazy day today and watched
Why him, starring James Franco and Bryan Cranston 6/10
And trainspotting 2 (again) loved the scene with Renton and begbie in the stalls at the nightclub

Watched T 2 on Saturday loved it - story line was a good follow from the first and not as depressing ! - thats two good sequels in 2 weeks this and BR 2049

T2 is a great film and i possibly prefer it to the original which I loved (even though I appreciate Trainspotting is a classic of its generation and the better film).

It's so well made and the underlying theme of nostalgia and time waiting for no man. The snippets of original soundtrack. Quality !

Sat down to watch BR 1 with the missus last night - surround sound on lights off etc - after about an hour she says its crap - filmed in the dark - too much effing gin more like - watched end on my onio :woot:

I'm off work sick so I've watched Batman begins a few episodes of CYE and am just going to watch Planes, trains and automobiles

Indeed, despite being an obvious rip-off of Apocalypse Now.

What I don't get though is why the apes only have spears and bows in this movie when they already had guns in the previous one?

It's because Rick and his gang and now stolen all the guns and eleventy billion bullets to try and wipe out the Saviours.
