My personal thought on BFF is that he should have been sacked for being in breach of his contract..........BUT, when he puts on the shirt and steps onto the field to play for MY/OUR football team, we should be encouraging him.
His attitude stank, and probably still stinks, but he is not a fan of CCFC, and, like many players really doesn't give a shit what happens at the Club as long as he gets paid.
Today, he came on, played two or three trademark passes into the path of a teammate, and tried to close down the opposition. God knows what he was doing when he tackled Nimely, and as someone else has suggested, noone would be too upset if McSheffrey had got to the ball before the keeper and tried to score himself (getting there before the keeper actually showed some commitment).
If you don't like him, don't cheer him, but don't boo either........

Tbf he has never done anything through the undue adulation he has received so whilst I didn't boo or cheer his arrival today, perhaps the reaction might actually make him realise that he has not given anything like the amount he has taken from the club. Either way we can't have it that a negative reaction affects his game when a positive one clearly doesn't.
