It’s already done.

I downloaded the Premier League app a couple of days ago (usually just go online on my laptop) and chose Cov as my club.

The new chips idea is nonsense . Only introduced to help more casual players as was the 5 transfer thing. Also the transfer refresh for AFCON means that there's no planning necessary.
