Am i right in saying that officially you can only watch iFollow when abroad?

Do they not find it strange how many local people are signing up to it?!

You can't have people behind you or in front of you, the amount of times I've felt warm breath or spit land on me because the bloke behind is singing his nut off. Also guess you can't have someone next to you.

I imagine they'll want all the local games first? That way if we are back to 'normality' towards the end of the season it would be safer to travel the country.

A hard one to police but there must be scope for sitting in family groups / households?

Not that hard surely. Me amd my son are in the same address, the club have those details on account. We buy out STs next to each other and sit in our seats, nowhere else. If a group are huddled together it isn't hard for a steward to ask to see tickets, and if not in their own seats, move them. Multiple offenders will be ejected.

I hate to piss on anyone’s chips, but the 2nd wave is real, and it’ll hit the UK in about 3-4 weeks time. Hong Kong just getting it, more severe than the first wave. In my opinion there’s no chance of spectators before Christmas.

Think what you like mate, I’m living in a place that’s about 5-6 weeks ahead of the UK. Just saying what I see.

Or Bournemouth beach where its sardines? Or numerous (un social distanced) BLM protests? Or Liverpool title celebrations?

All outdoor though tbf, so not a direct comparison. Yes you're outdoor in the stadium bowl itself but not in the bars, toilets etc

And? You think that’s different to over there, cramming in pubs, bars, on beaches, shops?! You’re saying it like I want it to happen, of course I don’t, so maybe wind it in a bit.

You can't compare one of the most densely populated places on earth to the UK. And besides, they were protesting an genuine thousands the other week.

Of course you can! Numbers are low here, relatively. The UK has been less sensible over all this than here. So if there’s a spike here, I can definitely see a spike there. I’m not arguing, it’s just an opinion.

exactly, look what happened after Cheltenam.
I'm desperate to get back to normal but I hope the stringent measures which have been mentioned (bars shut, toilets shut at half time, distancing in grounds, no away fans), are in place so we can watch the game and get the season completed and not repeat what's happened this year.

Yeah, getting worked up over an opinion! Whatever mate, you don’t like it, fair enough, we’ll just see in a few weeks. I’ll be happy to be wrong.

It's got to be provisional at the moment, but they have to put future plans in place which are dependent on prevailing conditions, otherwise they will be criticised for having no plan.

Its common knowledge that Hong Kong is sardines.

Hong Kong is one of the most densely populated places in the world with 6690 persons per square kilometre

England is populated at 432 people people per sq km

That wasn't quite what I meant, but never mind. Just my sense of humour.
I have lived there in the past, and I think their interpretation of a spike might be different to ours, either that or they are being very cautious.

There will be no second wave, have some optimism ffs there will be a vaccine by the end of the year anyway or at least some sort of treatment, promising signs coming from trials

We have to go back to normal eventually, if you will forever be worried about people breathing near you then I'd suggest staying indoors for the next 20 years to be certain.. It's for the best

BTW, the death rate for actual covid is nowhere near what you are being fed... They've put it down as a cause of death for literally everything and anything...
Its a total disgrace the nonsense we've been fed over the last few months

we've discussed this on here before, yes, there are cases where Covid has been given as cause of death incorrectly, that's been proven, , but there have also been proven cases where it was the cause but something else was put on the death certificate.
That's why excess deaths is still the best indicator and ours are above official figures.

As for going back to normal, I agree, and I've said before that we may have to learn to live with it but we don't have to rush back to normal, especially if a vaccine is only months away why not put the brakes on a bit until it's available?

I’m not being pessimistic or optimistic. I’m living in a place that has put up another load of restrictions for the 2nd time, meaning I can’t work, exercise or even go for a pint. Nothing to do with optimism.

There's an urgent inquiry been requested because they've literally recorded all deaths as covid even if they died several weeks after recovering... It's been a farce... What I'm more interested in, which we will probably never know.. Is how many people have died because of covid as a sole cause... It's a travesty we as a nation have been manipulated into fear by statistics that are so far removed from reality mate, anybody died from flu this year??? Be the best numbers for years for flu https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&sou...JEAo&usg=AOvVaw154uE8XiGaeBix-_mrtPA_&ampcf=1
