I don’t think it would be a bad thing for him as it may prolong his club career at the top level.
It seems that with Kane and Rashford being the hot favourites and the rise of Tammy Abtaham, Callum Wilson has been reduced to just a footnote in the England international set-up.
Can't see him getting many caps now unless he moves to a more glamorous club.

I mean Barnsley in general I thought they looked a fair side last year and straight to the bottom this year. I was never sure on Chaplin either small and not quick either

Arguably Fleck is performing better than those you mention thoughThey’ve got some pretty good midfielders tbf in relative to their standing. McGinn, McGregor and McTominay. Then you’ve got McLean at Norwich and Armstrong at Southampton.
All of them are younger than Fleck
