It seems that with Kane and Rashford being the hot favourites and the rise of Tammy Abtaham, Callum Wilson has been reduced to just a footnote in the England international set-up.
Can't see him getting many caps now unless he moves to a more glamorous club.

I don’t think it would be a bad thing for him as it may prolong his club career at the top level.

Think that was due to too much time on the sauce though.

I think if he was in this situation before his first cap, he might have chosen to play for Jamaica.
He has more chance of getting to a World Cup with them.

Reda Johnson scored Eastleigh's third in the FA Cup last night. I know he was a big bloke, but he looks like he's put on a bit of weight.
Burge played for Sunderland, while McNulty and Willis weren't even in the squad.

Conor Chaplin scored his second of the season for Barnsley. Luke Thomas was an 83rd minute substitute. They lost 3-2 to Blackburn and are winless since the opening game of the season - 16 games

With Chaplin and Thomas in their attack, I’m not surprised. Why on earth did they buy Chaplin ?

In what way, I wasn’t convinced by Chaplin in league one, let alone championship

Just found out Jordan Ponticelli is injured at Tranmere.
He's been on loan there since July and hasn't played a full 90 minutes yet.
I assume the purpose of this loan was to develop him as a player?
I think he's played a total of less than 30 minutes all season.
He's due back from loan in December.

I mean Barnsley in general I thought they looked a fair side last year and straight to the bottom this year. I was never sure on Chaplin either small and not quick either

Not sure. It’s a matter of time before his route to Nuneaton is realised

Agreed, good goal, and he laid the ball on a plate for Barnsley's second. He was one of those who didn't quite fit in with Robins plans, and wasn't often palyed in his best position.

Indeed. Remember a few of our fans questioning why he’d join another L1 club, safe to say it hasn’t worked out too badly for him.

On a separate note, shows just how good a manager Fergie was to have United challenging every single season on 4 fronts for 20 years.

They’ve got some pretty good midfielders tbf in relative to their standing. McGinn, McGregor and McTominay. Then you’ve got McLean at Norwich and Armstrong at Southampton.

All of them are younger than Fleck

Didn't we have Ollie Norwood on loan for a short time as well ? So 3 of the current Blades outfit.

Yeah on loan from United. He was only young then but I thought he was a good player.

He scored in the 90th min away at Cardiff to make it 2-2

Definitely not McGinn from the few games I’ve seen and McGregor at Celtic is a good player who would get into every PL team outside the top 6. Rodgers wanted him at Leicester

I don't know when his contract is up, but if I were him, I'd be off somewhere else.
He'll never get a chance to prove what he can do at CCFC.
