Didn't they get rid of him then bring in Tom Davies fairly soon after. What a good decision that was.

Not really an ex-player but Gregory Moorhouse who we almost signed in 2017 and who went to Sligo Rovers instead, now plays for Shelbourne FC in Ireland.
He only scored 1 goal in 19 games for Sligo Rovers. So maybe we did well to miss out on him.
