Excited for tomorrow now, but definitely apprehensively. It’s a massive massive game and we’re more than capable of winning, but there will be a lot of eyes and opinions on Southgate and his team selection. I really want to see him prove people wrong.

I think Germany look vulnerable at the back and a motivated, on form Kane could embarrass Hummels. Let’s hope he finds some form for tomorrow.

I would be disappointed to see Mount back after 10 days out, and while defensively not as strong, Grealish is more of a match winner.

I think he’ll bring Henderson back too, which I’m not enthralled with, but Rice/Phillips have been too defensive and non-influential the last two games so something needs to change.

Saka was great last game, but Foden is the better player overall, and he won’t drop Sterling, so I expect Saka to be dropped.

Set pieces were terrible last game, but I wouldn’t bring Trippier in just for that. It’s too unbalanced. Not a massive Walker fan, but his pace will be important tomorrow.

If we come out with a high press, an offensive mindset and intensity then I think we’ll get an early goal and we’ll push on from there.

Really don’t want a nervy last 20/30 minutes. The team is mentally strong and has a real togetherness buts it’s still a relatively inexperienced squad and we have two many individuals who have a mistake in them.

Optimistic we’ll win, but it’s going to be a hard to watch 90 minutes.
