It was obvious, it sort of was when he named the squad the same.

We are absolutely awful up front, why he is resting people like Vardy who could cause issues and keeps playing Sterling.

To be classed as a world class keeper you have to save the simple shots. He hasn't managed that! I rate him, but isn't as good as some make out. Man City found that out when he got dropped for a few games after some gaffs

Hodgson is the only man in England who would put that useless twat Sterling in the starting eleven.
He can't control a ball, can't tackle and can't head the ball or shoot , can someone put a case why he's in the set up.
One of the worst professional footballers I've ever seen.

That Sterling miss is even worse on the replay.

It is like watching CCFC when you can see a change needs to be made at half time and the same players come out.
