I thought the first half (in the context of England) was pretty decent, albeit disrupted with the injuries stopping play.

Rashford infuriating with decision making (as usual) but a definite threat.

Second half seemed to slow down, and back to normal England.

Agreed on the referees handling of the game, abysmal.
