Quiz question that might pass a few minutes for those trekking up to Hull tomorrow- can you name the City players to have represented England B?

Thought there might be 3 or 4, but I've counted 15 (bonus points if you get the 3 who were capped at this level whilst at City).

Mega bonus points if you get the former Sky Blues manager, and former caretaker manager who won caps.

Big Jezzy B played with and managed Sir James Hill at Fulham- City link verified.
