Things are clearly still a little bit up in the air, but regardless of outcome, with something this big, you cant hold back on plans. So I just wanted to set out the outstanding actions ahead of the big do at a local Working men's club (location to be decided although last years venue have already ruled themselves out).
1. There is a sheet going around for the buffet that needs names against it. Last time I looked sausage rolls, the cheese and pineapple sticks and the Iceland prawn vol-au-vents still didn't have names against them.
2. Still need some volunteers to turn up early to blow up the 4 packs of 10 balloons that have been kindly donated by Fiesta Party Balloons of Bedworth. If they get hold of Sky blue then they will but most probably they are going to be orange.
3. Mobile disco potentially all sorted depending on dates. Dave's discotheque is trying to move a couple of local christenings around to fit us in, but has a Karaoke machine we can borrow if not.
4. Special mystery guest all good to draw the raffle......subject to confirmation email from Mrs Malaga
Is there anything else we haven't thought of? As good as last years was. (attached) ....the plan is to go bigger this year. Sadly, as with last years I wont be available to attend.
