Where’s that from
I assume he will miss the next 3 games and be available after Charlton at home?
If he was concussed (certainly looks like it) then it would need to be 21 days minimum from the date of the original concussion for return to play.
I hope it’s not the case but it’s certainly not ideal for a 3 game hard week.
Where’s that from
He was playing out of position, only given the odd start, we were in a bit of a mess back then as well, nobody looked fit, etc.Mad what a bit of motivation can do. He didn’t look arsed in his first few months here with cameos and playing on the right.
Since Lampard comes in he’s been great and putting your body on the line like that to score a spectacular winner shows the fight he and the rest of the squad have.

I assume he would be eligible for the enhanced pathway given we are a professional club with medical staff, so the minimum timeframe is 7 days in exceptional circumstances or 12 otherwise, he could be available for our next game (WBA).

And the offside goal against Burnley was arguably the best of the lot.His goal against Wrexham was a beauty as well
If it's not, serious questions should be asked!!You just know this will be on the Merch in the club shop come Christmas.

And the volley v Milwall (first Lampard win). He's scored some decent goals tbf!The one in the away leg of the play off semi against Sunderland last season was also 'nice'
EMC is a quality player and when he’s not played, we’ve missed his directness on the ball, even when he isn’t playing particularly well individually. And the volley v Milwall (first Lampard win). He's scored some decent goals tbf!
Lots of people made comments like this at the time, but he always looked good to me. Very unlucky not to have a few goals and assists in those early days.Mad what a bit of motivation can do. He didn’t look arsed in his first few months here with cameos and playing on the right.
EMC's was way more difficult being closer to the ground and probably why he got injured contorting himself .. but great goal nontheless..Ephron van Basten?
He went close a number of times early on from what i remember, particularly seemed to like attacking the far post.Lots of people made comments like this at the time, but he always looked good to me. Very unlucky not to have a few goals and assists in those early days.
Never any allowances made for players to settle in. To say he didn't look arsed is astonishing
On the replays, it looks like the full back fell onto him and caught him with a boot. Totally accidentalEMC's was way more difficult being closer to the ground and probably why he got injured contorting himself .. but great goal nontheless..
A bit ridiculous that Kasey Palmer has continued to be called up for them. Being selfish though I’m glad another of our players hasn’t been asked to cross the Atlantic every international break!I get the feeling we have not seen the best of EMC yet. No inside knowledge, but just a feeling again that he has not been 100% fit yet.
Some players need a good few games to get completely up to speed and I can see some special performances if he keeps his fitness.
Whisper it, how on earth he has not been called up for Jamaica is ridiculous.
A lot of anti Palmer sentiment on here, but I wonder if Lampard could have got a tune out of him. Will never know now.A bit ridiculous that Kasey Palmer has continued to be called up for them.
