Think that could be correct, despite what Greg Clark of the FA is saying I still think if it’s decided by the Prem clubs not to re-start then they will go for no relegation.

I think if possible there needs to be some sort of play off, even if it’s only a 1 leg semi final behind closed doors. I don’t agree with 3rd place going up

And so too does, Betty Crocker, the cake mix lady.

I'm thinking of maybe the drummer in Hawkwind.

It used to be like that. The table isn’t decided yet and it may come down to a 2game play off for the next teams (PPG average).

Reading the paper that the Prem may not accept teams from the Championship - if that happens it’s a possibility that all leagues be will locked Up so we may be credited with winning the league but not promotion - this would be so unfair - although there is talk of Legals the small print in the contracts with the club is bound to have a disclaimer - don’t count your chickens too fast as the PL will drive whatever happens in my opinion ‘

No chance, Leeds and WBA would sue the EPL for at least £100m each if they didn't accept promoted teams.

Too much money involved to not continue, particularly in the Premier League and Championship.

Still think it would be a miracle to get promotion without the nerves of finishing the season. Totally un CCFC like

In that situation how do bonuses work, surely the players then have a legal argument that they’d be due championship wage rises and league winning bonuses?

If we are not promoted would you support SISU if they took legal action against the EFL ?

Not sure how strong their case would be if it relied on the fact that they were in the promotion positions when the season was voided.

I understand that there is a contractual agreement between the PL & EFL, which relates to promotion and relegation. Any deviation from that could lead to litigation between those two.

If no promotion then I'd imagine all those clubs with a reasonable chance of making playoffs would be suing PL - not just the top 2.
One thing if Championship decides how to end their own season, another if PL dictates how Championship season is ended.

Haven't the FA already stated that they wont sanction the season being void and there must be relegation? On top of that Rick Parry (Chairman of EFL) already said yesterday i think, that he expects 3 Championship teams to go up and the Premier League expects 3 relegated teams.

I think the whole scenario will be driven by what the Premiership decide, I have my doubts games will happen in July and if they decide to do ppg I then have my doubt relegation from the Prem will happen despite what the FA are saying.
From my own Sky Blue specs point of view other than a complete void across the board of the season certain we will go up
