IF it came to it (god forbid) i suppose MK Dons ground would be a decent ground share.

50 miles maybe an idea as to where we could potentially ground share, the distance between the ricoh and MK dons stadium is 54 miles....

What about from the council house? That’s always been the EFL’s starting point in the past. What’s the betting it’s 50 miles?

As everyone else has said, none are acceptable. We went to Northampton before with the assurance from the owners that we would be back in 3 years. We were and now look where we are again

50 miles they can go and fuck themselves!! they would need to lay on coaches to supporters, might be able to use the ones that WASPS stopped using to ferry their supporters from Wycombe who give up the Ghost on supporting them!

Voted B - 3 years is plenty of time, not necesssery to complete building but at least start. Or have plans ready to go.

50 miles is a bit extreme though. Plenty’s of grounds in the midlands to attempt a ground share

The questions are clearly loaded so the EFL can justify a ground share. Not sure how you can vote without assisting them in failing to govern the game.

I think no one wants us. Walsall turned us down flat, the crook has left Northampton, the only person low enough to welcome us with open arms is Winkleman.

New ground isn’t even in their plans groundshare 3-5 years hoping wasps break in that time is my guess...

Could be a lot longer tho 10+ maybe,I’m almost certain we won’t be at the Ricoh next season sad times.

I think this time is a little different, Walsall turned us down as it caused uproar. I’d imagine this is the reason behind the survey.

Teams would be more accommodating if it was received well enough.

I’d like the praise the trust at the moment, this is what we need, straight to the point no bias. Straight question to Coventry fans - What is acceptable in our situation?

Are they logging IP addresses for the votes?
What's to stop 20K Sunderland fans voting C?

I voted A, on the basis that SISU won't be here forever but I want my club to be. Voting B just feels to me like a temporary stay of execution - time passes quickly, and it could be used to kill the club in 3 years time with an argument that the fans wanted it that way. C is just a waste of an option.

Edit: as someone else said, none of the options are really acceptable.

Absolutely barmy. Can't see how anyone can vote for any option at all.

50 miles is nonsensical. Has to be within 20 at the very maximum.

I can see why fans would vote for C, because A and B are like not having a club anyway.

Ridiculous poll, that.

Didn't say that, so stop twisting my words.

When we went to Northampton it felt like not having a club at all. This would feel the same and know loads and loads of people who felt the exact same way.

It will feel like not having a club at all and when we were in Northampton I didn't even know when we were playing.

not a skewed survey with an expected answer at all .............. not :banghead: Just the EFL covering themselves with a ready made excuse for when it happens. Allows them to say we consulted the fans, when they rubber stamp the decision rather than helping to sort the mess out

Option A is bad enough, and is the very last resort in that the club survives (at least for a time)

But how any CCFC fan could even consider a vote for C is beyond me

The fifty miles gives us options. If you limit it to twenty there are probably a handful of options, most at grounds not fit for L1 football, and most of which we've probably already looked at. Putting such a low limit on is akin to voting option C anyway.

People will vote for it though. Survey seems rigged.

Moving 50 miles away could all but kill the club anyway. Next generation of fans lost. Diehards lost to never return, dwindling crowds, a loss of identity and a fraction of supporters behind the club.

But I see 50 as potentially being like C anyway.

Everyone I have spoken to so far have said they wouldn't go any further than Nuneaton.

50 miles will feel like a slow death of the club.

Agree much of that but there is a chance the club could survive which is surely better than no club at all
