Would you give him a 1 year pay as a play contract for next season if he could get fit he's a proven goal getter down there is it worth a shot he can be worse than Rod (but he is also proven there) even when he's fat.

Also how long is Rod's contract he isn't a bad striker there either?.?

Sticking with players like Eastwood throughout his time here is one of the reasons we are where we are.

He quite simply isnt good enough. Now add an attitude problem to that, a poor workrate and also the inability to use your brain and you've got Freddy Eastwood.

Bin him off for the love of god whilst we've got the chance.

Used to stick up for Eastwood hoping that 1 day we'd see something special from him. That ended when i saw the state he was in pre season with his shirt looking like it had been sprayed on. Get rid of the fat waste of space!

Sheffers is a Cov kid so his poor performances will never get critisised by many supporters! Was the same with Thornton! He couldnt put a foot wrong in many Sky Blues' eyes even though he was shite!

With Eastwood, hes another who has wasted his talent, however i thibk the club / management have played a part in him becomming shite. He is undoubtably a good footballer when he has the ball at his feet. His technical play is pretty good, and he has a hell of alot of power behind his shots, but he doesnt perform over 90 minutes. His more recent performances in Sky Blue have been very laclustre, and is probably the reason. Hes been singled out!

The game he came on for this season he looked fat and unfit but had more shots than O Donovan has had in all he had done. Micky Quinn wasn't fit but he knew where to stand, strikers (well some) have that instinct. I think Eastwood does and could play with Juke better than anyone else.
There's ob an issue with him we don't know about but is it worth losing week in week out and paying him to watch???
