And yet Portsmouth is a difficult place to go to apparently
Perhaps they mean due to road works!
Great to see we're on top for Field Tilt
Just what I was about to say. It's blatantly obvious the underlying numbers dont lie and over the seasonAlso shows that Ipswich and Southampton will/should start climbing the table soon.
Getting a draws against these 2 would be great resultsAlso shows that Ipswich and Southampton will/should start climbing the table soon.

Beat them at home lose away would be ok tooGetting a draws against these 2 would be great results

I think Leicester's stats are more interesting. Perhaps a case of over-performing? Will be interesting to see what happens with them, especially once the inevitable injuries hit.
Leicester's attacking stats are showing their dependency on long range shots, from Fatawu, Mavididi and James
Not as good as a drawBeat them at home lose away would be ok too
Same here, it's spooky. Can confirm - there's always road works going on down here.
As I stated on post 27 herealso we have played 3 games against top 8 teams and got 7 points
if we had lost them all
Leicester would be on 17 points
Millwall would be on 17 points
Qpr would be on 18 points
we would be on 12 points
we are picking up some very good results against some very good teams
It's a bit worrying that he thinks Blackburn, Portsmouth, Watford, Wrexham, and Sheffield. Utd is 6 gameswe get the seal of approval from well-known Cov fan, Don 'Covuntree ' Goodman hahahaha
Goodman says City now have a “massive” chance to pull away and put a bit of distance between themselves and their promotion rivals.
“When I look at their next five fixtures, I see a real opportunity for them to maybe put daylight between themselves and a lot of the other chasers, really,” he said. “With respect to these teams, they’re going to play Blackburn, Portsmouth, Watford, Wrexham and Sheffield United.
“The highest team of those six is Watford, who are 10th in the table. So it’s the here and now for Coventry. This is a massive, massive chance, and if they keep going the way they are, I could see them having a bit of a cushion once those six games are done.”
is this the kiss of death?, or does ole Don talk sense for once?

Even if Southampton pick up form, I doubt it lasting... and, therefore, Will Still sack him.Ipswich will definitely climb the table but I don’t think Southampton will. I think they will sack their manager. I just don’t think they are playing as expected
Let's hope the management and team don't rely on his maths. It's a bit worrying that he thinks Blackburn, Portsmouth, Watford, Wrexham, and Sheffield. Utd is 6 games
How else are you supposed to pronounce Coventry phonetically?...we get the seal of approval from well-known Cov fan, Don 'Covuntree ' Goodman hahahaha
Don pronounces it Covenree doesn't he?How else are you supposed to pronounce Coventry phonetically?...
Clear evidence to target Cantwell. He gives the ball away once in every 4 passes. Some more stats goodness - look at Rudoni ffs

Interesting how conservative our old friend Stamenic is as well
I genuinely see our unbeaten streak coming to an end against the blunts! Maybe that's the old cynic in me, but I can see us doing well til that point. We always seem to gift teams that are struggling with a simple 3 points that seem to turn their fortunes and seasons round.we get the seal of approval from well-known Cov fan, Don 'Covuntree ' Goodman hahahaha

It annoys me how he says coventry. What also annoys me, surprisingly, as its of no concern to me at all so not sure why it bothers me, but commentators that pronounce Birmingham, Birminum. Clinton Morrison is one of these.Don pronounces it Covenree doesn't he?
I like Grimes' position on there. Balanced between keeping possession and recycling the ball with being very progressive. As others have said, the linchpin. Knitting together the back 4 to the front 4Some more stats goodness - look at Rudoni ffs

Colleague of mine saw Stamenic the other week vs Leicester. Said he was good but all about defending…his passing was “not great”.Some more stats goodness - look at Rudoni ffs
