The thing is people were always hungry for a bit of ITK insider knowledge and mentioning ITKs in posts asking for info.

Then they get upset when one of them posts something they don't like, though thankfully that's pretty much stopped now, though it's going to be a busy summer so no doubt people will get gossip hungry again.

I don’t think the info itself was a bad thing. It’s some of (not all) the reactions to it. People take an idea the run with it.

I wonder if anyone was brave enough to take up Doug’s invitation to go to Ryton and see what she does?

We emailed twice asking to take up the offer Doug made. One of our kids is a big Sky Blues fan and interested in behind the scenes stuff. Never had a reply sadly.

When we weren’t doing very well she was picking the team and taking the lead in training sessions.

Our uptick in form coincided with her dropping all responsibility she has at the club and instead making crochet animals in her office.

Some very high profile posters on here claimed she was the reason we were struggling post Viveash. She’d insisted that the club sign the right sort of player with the right mentality …. Is was positioned as woke nonsense on here … you know who you are.

The reality is our team spirit has been one of our super powers, no bad eggs, no monster egos…..

Player fitness has been incredible this season. Lot of late goals and last night we pressed them into mistakes with relentless running.

It's something I think is going to be a huge challenge with.our summer recruitment, maintaining that camaraderie while signing a number of high(er) profile players.

I admit I was one who had reservations at the time.

She had been brought in as a psychology expert yet at the time our players seemed to be poor mentally and we were losing games that we really shouldn't because players didn't seem to have the belief or motivation. She was also one of the three person panel that chose the coaching staff of the likes of George Boateng which was an unmitigated disaster.

But fair play to her. Since then we've looked very good in all aspects and the squad have overachieved this year so mentally they weren't phased by being top. Would still love her to be able to manage to turn Simms into a beast on the pitch.
