Vic Minett reading the email as it arrived. Judge said King's offer was not enough to consider at this late stage. As soon as ACL went into administration, Ashley's offer was triggered and ownership transferred to him.

King said he was committed to the football club regardless of whether he got the stadium. If he sticks to that, all well and good because with his input we still should be in a financially better place than before.

And if he now does a u-turn, it suggests he’s untrustworthy and we’ve dodged a bullet.
