Depends how you look at it Nick. Maybe I'm a bit sadistic or something but for the most part I find it amusing and therefore an enjoyable listen.
I don't know where they dig some of these characters out from. The only thing that tops the phone in for idiots is the telegraph comments on Facebook!
I used to, but they really need to make sure the callers actually have a clue about what they are talking about.
The same after games, don't call in if you aren't going to talk about the game.
"Did you go to the game today?"
"No I didn't go today"
"Were you listening?"
"I heard 3 minutes at the end."
"So what did you want to talk about?"
I think half of them must be them, they have absolutely no idea about the games, our players, football but they get a sniff of outrage and are on it.
You can guarantee someone will say we can make the play offs,like my mate who swears it is still on. Is he right ?
I know and you know we can't but tell that to the fan who stopped me today in Aldi who is adamant we can. He must be sniffing glue !
