Quick question. When buying a domain name for a new business, is it required to buy all of the possibilites such as '.co.uk' '.com' '.org' '.uk'. Or should i be ok just buying the '.co.uk' one? Does that make sense. Cheers lads.

Risk vs Cost I suppose. You’d buy out the other domains (either leave them dormant or use them as gateways) if you want to avoid people going to the other sites, but some domains can be expensive. It’s a judgement call essentially.

thank you, i went for '.co.uk' and '.com' just to cover bases
