...of CCFC who have been in or are in managing or coaching roles either currently or presently out of work?

If so can you name any and would any of them as former players be a good choice to replace Thorn when the time comes?

A few I could name that are currently coaching/managing but in my time as a supporter (since Mid-90s) I would have to say Roland Nilsson, absolutely class player, seemed to be level headed and on the straight and narrow, plus hasn't done too badly when managing Scandanavian teams.

Former players for next manager?

How many former players that have become our manager have done well?

How many have been shite?

How many have we tried?

We need decent players to play for us a lot more than decent ex players to come back.

In all seriousness, if I could pick one out of work manager, it'd be an ex-manager rather than an ex-player: Dowie.

Richard Shaw is coach at Milwall.

Noel Whelan is involved in Derby's academy I think.

Nilsson was doing well last I heard.
