Surely if they have failed they shouldn't really have a choice if they leave? 🤣🤣 they should be forcibly removed anyway?
Feels like there's some key info missing. There's similar schemes in other countries so would assume what is planned is broadly in line with those.

It says the estimate is it will save £20m so it can't just be getting people who were being removed anyway to leave a week early!

I tell you what, I reckon if they offered 40k to many British citizens they would be off.

Oh and if course they’d be taxed on it and then according to most on here should be denied their pension.

That doesn’t show that the business got a large cash injection from somewhere. That shows that the business made sales with very little cost attached; not uncommon for a consultancy-type business. Without a proper breakdown of creditors you’d have no idea whether these were other consultants owed money, tax liabilities or something else. Given there was no erroneous creditors declared in the liquidator’s report I don’t see how you can cast aspersions like this.

For reference, I don’t even know who the woman is beyond being an MP so no idea whether the sales element has anything fishy about it.
It's a one man band consultancy though, to bill income of that level in a year seems rather unusual especially when the employee has another job as an MP. The company might have subcontracted work out but that wouldn't have left £397k in liquid assets a few months later, would it?

The article says £15k - £35k paid to come over. Bollocks. If they had that sort of wealth they'd not be desperate and risk their lives or trek through multiple countries to get here.
