Ah excellent you’ve come out and said it. Let’s see if they can manipulate the party. Certainly all other parties are under huge amounts of influence from small groups of people .This thread has delivered in every way I knew it would this morning.
Denial, whataboutism, allegations of racism. I mean some of you really go the extra mile to miss the reality of the situation.
The idea you can have a go at people for highlighting that the demographic landscape of the UK is being changed when you have an election like this would be funny if it wasn't so sad. The demographics for this region suggest 30% Muslim population (up from 20% in the last 10-15 years). There's obviously a very high Muslim vote, and they're obviously voting for the one party they think they can manipulate.
Carl RushworthNick genuine question, if you were to vote tomorrow who would you vote for.
Makes you wonder why the muslim vote backed them then? The way the right wing portrays the Muslim stereotype and the belief of cheating with 'family voting'. I'm sure husbands forced their wives/daughters/sons to vote for a white woman with a gay Jew as leader.

Yes, I was responding to your line on 'why no British stuff in there?'.No, Duffer referred to my comment about reform and greens being divisive and asked why did I think Greens were divisive. I gave a couple of examples
Of course white families do not discuss who they vote for and people are never influenced by who their parents voted forThe way the right wing portrays the Muslim stereotype and the belief of cheating with 'family voting'. What do we want? That's what I mean, absolutely no clue.
If they put John Davidson up for election without a thought, him.

Used to be easier but now it’s more complicated. Tories rich Labour working class
Let’s not pretend it’s anything new for a party to be influenced or that it’s necessarily a bad thing
Maybe it's more about who they aren't rather than who they are. Reform clearly think they're scum, whereas Labour have carried on the policy of supporting Israel's crimes in Gaza and alienated younger voters.Makes you wonder why the muslim vote backed them then?
Was it the things they agreed to and the extreme islamist fella they drafted in?
Yep esb thinks similar. Let’s see we’ve certainly been screwed by rich elites influencing both tories and labourUseful idiot Pete, they know they can manipulate people like her.

What did Galloway do? Did he not just support the Green candidate or was he involved in the material or turning up?Makes you wonder why the muslim vote backed them then?

Pretended he was a catWhat did Galloway do? Did he not just support the Green candidate or was he involved in the material or turning up?
That's not what a "family vote" is, is it? I'm confused, is it a good thing or a bad thing for democracy?
However, the by-election's acting returning officer said polling station staff were trained to look for undue influence on voters and "no such issues" had been reported during polling hours.
No one is of course focusing on another fuck up by Starmer
Refusing to allow Burnham to stand
Producing dodgy leaflets with fake poll results
Sending a message vote Green and get Reform
Turning up to campaign when no one wanted him there
What did Galloway do? Did he not just support the Green candidate or was he involved in the material or turning up?
So nothingHe stood his party candidate down and threw his weight behind the Green Party - they had 10% share in the General Election

It’s the new norm I agree
It’s a shame and both the Conservative 14 year term and labours 18 months have a lot to answer for not finding a way to improve things

What’s your thoughts on the tough choices?People just don’t live in the real world and just want easy answers. In the past 15-20 years we’ve had
Financial crisis
Global pandemic
Ukraine war which together with post Covid, QE etc lead to rampant inflation
Throw in the fact we have an aging unhealthy demographic, Brexit and whether people like it or not population growth of 10%+ and it’s no surprise there’s been a massive impact on the U.K, our living standards, public services etc
The worlds changed and will continue to with AI etc but nobody wants to accept it or come up with honest answers and tough choices to the challenges ahead
Yes, I was responding to your line on 'why no British stuff in there?'.

You have no idea whether "the muslim vote" backed them. Unless you are privy to some hitherto unavailable information.
