I’m not sure that’s balanced at all
They haven’t been worse evidentially on immigration have they?
Heard an interesting thing on one of the podcasts - Rory Stewart I think it was said that Labour genuinely felt that tories were evil and all that was needed was for good people to take over and he thought that was such nonsense

what we need is competent people with integrity who have experience and expertise but we won’t ever get it and many people don’t even want it

we want everything without sacrifice for ourselves often

I forgot about Rory Stewart - What a wanker he is

Brilliant
I have no axe to grind with starmer being a good or bad pm but that statement is just utter bollox isn’t it really?

No as to be a PM that is good you have to have a vision and to lead to that vision. What is good about him?

I'd suggest they've been way worse on immigration, at least the Tories had a plan with the Rwanda deal, as bad as it was you could at least say it was a plan. Labour have nothing other than build houses everywhere while shoving migrants into our hotels, which is basically an admission of no clue whatsoever.
We've now got migrants living at tax payers expense, getting given money AND working cash in hand, you couldn't make it up!!!!

Now without wishing to get bogged down in immigration issues which has been done to death, let's look at the child benefit cap, where was that in their manifesto, or the scrapping of the winter fuel allowance for our pensioners? And how can they commit to doubling defence spending while trying to slash welfare payments to our most vulnerable?

Even today that cock Starmer has suspended 3 MP's for having the courage to stand up for labour values.

What are those labour values

He did create narrative

"Smash the gangs"
"Island of strangers"

If Farage or Rees Mogg used the strangers term you'd be all over it
"smash the gangs" has to be one of the most stupid ideas - and he should know he was DPP.
Has smashed the gangs done anything to control drug trafficking? UK police crime solving is weak anyway plus limited access to Europol records makes it even more difficult.
Smash a gang and another one takes its place - too much money to be made and Starmer has to know that from his time as DPP.

To say he’s risen to the roles he has by looking at what’s popular and doing it is just bollox

As a politician that’s exactly what he has done

Fairness
Equity
Investment
Well they are failing on fairness.

They said they'd be no increase in council tax, this was bullshit

They capped child benefit, hitting the poorest families the hardest

They scrapped winter fuel allowance, hitting the poorest pensioners

All while pandering to Trump's demands for extra defence spending, which they've done by not even supporting British workers, instead they are buying American Jets and bombs, making millions of dollars for US contractors, I mean Who the fuck are we supposed to be fighting ffs???

Rwanda was never a workable plan and they knew it. As long as they could sell it as them trying to solve it and keep the ridiculous cost quiet and blame courts/liberals for virtually no-one being deported they could claim a win. And it worked on some people. You, for example.

And Starmer just last week had a deal with the French regarding immigration. OK, it's not brilliant and basically is moving deckchairs but it's got as much chance of making a difference as Rwanda ever had.

Needs examining that Rwanda scheme, awful lot of money, wonder how they used it!
