Do short safe passes lead to impotence? (1 Viewer)

As soon as Ayari came on last night we started being a bit braver with more passes between the lines, Allen was a also a big part in that in moving the ball around quicker in more dangerous areas.

The midfield is a major issue, but dropping Ayari nullified any creativity we could’ve had from the first minute. Robins got it totally wrong

The safe passing is a worry the lack of legs is more of a worry

we are going to struggle on the road as it is

The short passing ad hoc is not bad but it is the speed and movement around the short passes which seriously needed picking up!

The trouble comes when they generally don't play 11 v 11 it's normally 7 v 7 and so on ,so the likes of Palmer who would be great in your 5 a side team looks fucking shit on full size pitch as I can't recall him ever knocking a 30/40 yard pass it's always little flicks or two step overs then put it out of play .

Now I know what my problem is, I've been playing too much 5-a-side. I need to get back to bigger pitches.

Go long to "go long", basically. I'll send the little blue pills back. 😄

Give it the old up and under, she won’t know what’s hit her.
