Given O'Hare has played as a number 10/second striker this season, his 2 goals from 36 games is shocking, he's not sure in his last 25 games. He is as blame as any of the strikers for lack of goals.It’s not about one up or two up or three up, it’s about the balance of attack minded players to defensive. With three DMs this formation leaves a huge gap between Hamer and Kelly and James who naturally want to sit back and O’Hare and Biamou who want to play at the line.
Add another O’Hare in, or have a back three and GK you can trust to allow the WBs forward and it’s not so bad. But we don’t have either of those.
