There's no need for that!Just a gash

La La La, La La La La La!!!!Not sure what to think about that...insane, unbelievable, bonkers, all 3 ??
Having led twice, then going 3-2 down, i could feel that inevitable black cloud of depression starting to form...'typical city' i thought.
Then in 7 mad minutes, we were 4-3 up...on top of the world wooo hooo, and as if that wasn't enough, Torp then rifles another into the corner of the net, to imho, get the MoM award and our 5th goal.
Yet despite the great win, i have some niggles.
Rushworth looked shaky when ANY cross came in, Dasliva gave the ball away alot, and BTA, despite the goal, looked ineffective.
Even Bobby Thomas had a mad game, scoring with a front post header, then giving away a ridiculous penalty.
Rudoni wasn't really in the game either, which is also a worry.
But despite all that, we still scored 5.
MAD game.
Gash.Disgusting comment. How about you actually get behind the players rather than making rude comments when they get injured
I think any centre back not good enough to play regularly in the prem will want to come to us... why wouldn't they!Great result.
Fair play. Once we went 3-2 down we went into full control mode although I think we dominated throughout, just gifting silly moments to them.
The tales of Bobby Thomas. Moments of brilliance tangled in with moments of calamity. Some dodgy moments from Rushworth too but a cracking 3 points and we move on….
Team looked sharp. We do need a new CB because if we can cut out these errors it would be more comfortable.
Imagine being a Derby fan. Excited for the new season. Played 2, lost 2, bottom and conceded 8 in the first two!
From the Direby board,Right, I know many of you are new to association football and have only been watching the game for a very short while, but just to let you know, a match lasts 90 mins plus added on time.
Looking back at this match thread, you would have said we were certainties for relegation.
Anyway, we were the better team the whole game and only wobbled when they got that 3rd goal, which looked to me, like a miss hit.
Lots and lots of posts calling for FL to change things around, but we did constantly look dangerous and obviously now it's been proved the manager was right to leave things as they were.
Defensively, it's still a worry, but if we can keep on scoring goals at the other end, we'll be fine
Kitching's passes for goals four and five...
Lampard said he hurt his gash or something like thatJust a scratch - he'll be fine!
Rushworth looked shaky when ANY cross came in, Dasliva gave the ball away alot, and BTA, despite the goal, looked ineffective.
Amsterdam probably. Wouldn’t read to much into itCan't be arsed going through all the thread but a Derby fan flying out of Birmigham Airport about an hour ago is saying Van Ewijk was also there but didn't know where he was flying to.
Home for 24/48 hours would think. He does it regularly. Can't be arsed going through all the thread but a Derby fan flying out of Birmigham Airport about an hour ago is saying Van Ewijk was also there but didn't know where he was flying to.
Like a flan in a cupboard - is that Mancunian?!
I just dont think he had much of a clue and was guessing for most of the game. It’s in the rules, however I found it interesting that we played for another 5-10 seconds outside the box while he was down, then as soon as we got into the box he stopped the game so the ball had to go back to the keeper. He was holding his head the whole time, so why wait?
He definitely arrived on his own. I was at the players entrance and he came from the players car park about 15 minutes before the team coach arrived.Great passes, also carried the ball forward well on a few occasions. Read on X that his missus went into labour yesterday but he decided to play this morning and headed to game on his own. Not sure if this is true (never know with X) but if so fair play, proper leader
Edit - just seen the quote from Lampard will post on Kitching thread
I just dont think he had much of a clue and was guessing for most of the game.
For their pen he'd turned and was running away from the box and even crossed his arms to say no penalty, then fully turned 180 and changed his mind for some reason and gave the pen.
Watch back the extended highlight. He 100% runs off and says no pen and in the same movement changes his mind then gives it. Odd as fuck.

Any link to that ?Don't know if it's been mentioned in the previous posts, but just seen a social media video of the Derby goalkeeper having the ball in his hands for 17 seconds on one occasion today.
Is it possible he was told through his earpiece?
6mins48sec he comes in to the pic running away from goal and crossing his arms to say no penalty. Then stops, turns and blows in 1 movement. WTF?!?!

You're right!
Yea, he seems a bit wishy washy dealing with anything from out wide from what I've seen so far.It came in fast but think Rushworth could’ve done better with the free kick…
Yea, not TV friendly is it!Looked pink on ifollow but on line highlights make us look like a team of highlighters
Awaiting the revival of Sheaf.Grimes injury a big worry. Looked in a lot of discomfort at full-time. I didn't see how it was caused.
Thought Mason-Clark was a right handful today and took his goal really well, as did Torp.
The lad showed me on his phone. Not on Twitter but apparently he tagged PGMOL if that helps? Dunno how it works tbh.Any link to that ?
Wasn't the fifth made by a fantastic Kitching pass too?Watching back the highlights, our 4th goal is just boner material.
Sublime Kitching long pass to MVE, who then passes 1st time on the half volley across for EMC to power in the header.
I'm just popping to the loo for 5 mins lol.
Can’t disagree with thatFrom the Direby board,
I felt their play going forward was miles ahead of ours and the most technically gifted players on the pitch were almost exclusively theirs too.
Well spotted...Kitching long pass, BTA keeps it in, MVE squares it to Torp, who rifles it in.Wasn't the fifth made by a fantastic Kitching pass too?
