Haven’t looked into it mate. Was he a nonce too and/or have dirt on high profile nonces? The news story suggested tax evasion charges for which he was getting sent back to the US to do time for.

He was into all sorts of shit and upset a lot of people and was basically a wrong 'un but he said he'd be killed and they'd say it was Suicide but it wouldn't be.
