ACL is not going into administration and it was never the intention from any of the parties. There's NO danger of that happening now or even 5 years into the future unless something completely unforeseen happens. They may run out of cash, but then they may have assets to sell or the option to bring in another investor. Don't worry about the Ricoh - it will survive with or without ccfc there.

I'm not worried about the Ricoh . TBF I don't give a shit if it goes bust or not.

SISU can't guarantee getting the Ricoh in any way. If there was anyone else interested in buying it they would have to pay a proper price for it if it was sold. And the JR doesn't exactly look strong in their favour either.

Ah - the loan has to go somewhere. And then there's the damage claims. It could all potentially lead to an out-of-court settlement (ACL sold to SBS&L, extended long lease ...). Not a bidding process, not administration but a closed transaction between CCC/Higgs/SBS&L.

ACL going bust? They sit on ass(ets) at least. They have options. They can bulldoze and start again (simplistic I know).

Otium, what do they have? (Note I don't say SISU).

They are hanging on with the 'new' stadium as a false promise for the FL.

The JR is their last chance to gain a windfall...in compo?

No investment in team, no investment in club merchandise? Nothing concrete on new stadium? They have always had the option of the Higgs share (who I think have always been open to a reasonable offer).

Obviously there is two sides to it, and new faces could will hopefully mean fresh ideas and resolutions.
