If there was one word I did not want to hear from Pressley after that, it was 'terrific'. So why did I hear it 4/5 times? Really am growing to think that he seems a nice bloke, talks sense (sometimes), shows passion (last weeks angry Scot interview shows that), but do worry that he cannot see the simple things that aren't going wrong?

Also, not sure how Stuart Linnell felt Barton was awful. Hopefully if he still reads this forum he can tell us all.......

He said he was awful but didnt tell him so did he lol

Linnell, Deakin, Geoff should be grilling Pressley over his record in charge of ccfc not sucking upto him like little kids.

Ask Pressley how he thinks this is acceptable? Does he think he will be sacked? Should he quit?

I am sick of the pandering by bbc so called expert pundits...
Theres another cwr presenter who is scared silly of sisu he wont even say their name on air..its a disgrace when people are scared to say how it is.

I do often wonder who comes up with the post Match questions. Linnell has previously said the studio don't have no influence over them, so is it just Geoff on his own?

There is no point in making a manager squirm after a defeat. I'm sure SP knows full well that it was an unacceptable performance. There is nothing that he could say that would add to our knowledge of make the supporters feel any better. The game is over and nothing will change the result. We need to move on and concentrate on the next game.

Yeah. Imagine how poor we'd be if we'd kept hold of Wilson instead of selling up and investing in the team

A good journalist who covers the same organisation week in week out realises the importance of keeping onside with said organisation.

Let's be honest if CWR didn't have access to the club their listenership would drop pretty dramatically

A 5-4 thriller. Allsop to take a goal kick and it bounces over the opposition keeper and in to win it for us in the 94th min.

If Allsop had got his Arse In gear he may have been able to emulate Oggy as that arrogant tit Carrol was so far from his line every time we had a GK.

If Derry has done his homework (Watched the Worcester game) he'll know how easily we succumbed to hoofball following the high pressing game employed by Worcester.

Don't give us time on the ball and we're clueless, mainly because we don't possess a cm who can drop, receive the ball, turn and go forward (Well we do in Fleck, but Pressley plays him on the wing which really shows how idiotic he is).

We should win because now that we play 4-4-2 (after 14 games of utter shite playing 5-3-2) we do create at least 2 or 3 chances and with Madine and Nouble we should get a goal.

Fuck knows why I'm confident about this tbh.

Pressley out and Rosler in PLEASE.

you'd have to pass It to them In the first place.

Has Nouble got leprosy or something ,only Haynes seemed to have enough Inteligence to try and slip It through on the Floor for him .

Clearly the most skilful striker on the books yet berated today by Linnel and Eakin .

What did Madine do that was better and why was he the one to take that free kick ?

Indeed mate ,but so long as they all work hard and run around a lot the Managers chuffed to bits.

Regardless of the lack of supply, he looked half arsed today and was poor. Just because someone is the most skill player on the books doesn't mean he can't be berated for playing poorly.

Madine contributed far more with and without the ball today, I was actually pleasantly surprised at what a good all round football he is, as we haven't really seen much of that since he joined.

We obviously see It differently as Is the norm among all us fans ,yet I fail to see what Madine offered above Nouble's efforts I thought he ran

the channels, ran his socks off doing the press ,often Ignored by the likes of Fleck and JOB ,while they lofted It to Madine who didn't make a

anything stick or flick ons that went straight to defenders .

Also why was Madine allowed to take the FK just outside the box when we have a better ball striker In Barton?

Barton who again like Nouble was rubbished by Linnel.

Madine ran the channels, held the ball up, was actually in the box to get on the end of things, seems to have won a pen that wasn't given. I thought he was our best player first half.

Nouble to me seems to amble about, he certainly didn't use his physicality anywhere near as much as madine. His shot from and impossible angle when there were people better placed in the box. When he plays well he plays with a swagger, an arrogance. Didn't see that from him today.

O'brien and fleck were abysmal today.

I have no idea why he took the freekick, saying that I can't remember ever seeing Barton take one, so who's to say he wouldn't have offered up something similar. I was surprised it wasn't fleck or o'brien, as they usually take the set pieces.

I didn't think Barton was that bad, he wasn't that good either, probably a steady 6. Our whole set of midfielders are too samey.

His last two games have been better TBfF.

In fact the whole defence have been much better ,apart for the one lapse by Webster although I couldn't make out what happened as at the other end.

I do wonder If they are over training as the errors seem to come nearer the end of half's lately.

We got quite rocky for the last five In the first half ,Martin particularly nearly played Haynes and Allsop Into trouble dallying over a back pass.

As I've said elsewhere on the thread Stu ,you'd have to give him the ball to find out what's In the locker .

today they were focused on lofting It to Madine ,plenty of times they could have picked the slipped ball into the channel for Frank but chose the other option .

It's the most one dimensional, single pace midfield I have ever seen for us. Out of Fleck, Barton, Finch and O'Brien you probably only need one of them in your midfield, max two.

None of the midfielders are capable of shifting through the gears and speeding up the tempo of the game.

Anyone see our subs warming up at half time yesterday? In a circle and just trying to kick the ball at each other as hard as possible (basically doing what they wanted). On the other hand, Notts County had a few coaches out doing drills with their subs. Just about sums up our club at the moment!

'Couldn't understand It TBF.

Worked as hard as the rest and I thought they all did yesterday, won his headers decent passing with largely better completion than the rest ,a few crunching tackles .

Some very poor choices made In the creative department yesterday ,and the Introduction of Swanson had me baffled removing Phillips ,JOB or

Fleck should have made way ,couple that with Mcquiod over Swanson for me If he was on the Bench.
