He’s trained today according to the clubs instagram. If Thomas is fit for first leg I would imagine he would play both personally.
He's had close to a week from last game. Lampard said he had cramp in the calf?

Referring toWhat about Friday?
not getting too carried away but we’ve got every right to be confident
got to a play off semi finals twice, won both
not lost a game in both
got through twice against teams who finished higher than us
won both 2nd games away,
100 % record
and it’s Sunderland
spot on, it’s hard to find anything negative, they looked brilliant up until Xmas and im not buying that theyv‘e been resting for the play offs, just think they’ve been found out, there’s not a manager in the world would want to go into the play offs in that form hoping that it all just clicks again, especially now it’s us, reckon they’ve made a massive mistake,There's so much to indicate City go through its actually a bit worrying.
I suppose the big question is, can they rekindle their early season form?

We’ve Got through all our play off games by winning the away game, still think it’s an advantage playing away 2nd, pressures huge, your spot on ,we take even a 1 goal lead away and the pressure they’ll be under, never known a team finishing so far ahead in 4th absolutely shitting it,If there's one negative, it's our away form, but a) their home form is also poor and b) we may have done enough in the first leg.
Shit scared of the noise our fans will make.2500 allocation is a bit miserly
Reading between the lines of Lampards interview I wouldn't be surprised if Thomas doesn't start both legs.
If so which one does he drop out for?
any news on what EMC’s actuall injury is, just heard it’s his toe ?He will, hes been in training today, they are just giving him an extra day or so off training wise to manage him
Same with Milan

Heard he’s been training all last week ?Not sure but I wouldnt be surprised to see him on the bench Friday
That’d be some bonus, prob too early for Friday but a midfield of grimes sheaf rudoni and front 3 of EMC wright and saka with BTA doing what he did Saturday off the bench, that’s enough to give anyone problemsTail end of it yea

I also hope that the CBS is rocking again and show the delusional Sunderland fans what real support is. Loud and Proud. PUSB.
and played both first legs at home (unbeaten).not getting too carried away but we’ve got every right to be confident

Not on here it’s not.I believe either version is acceptable, though the z is favoured state-side.
We have 2 Cup Finals, if we are lucky or good enough, maybe three. Form stands for nothing it will be who wants it the most along with the most composure.
can’t see how they can just go back to their best, we have a system at home that we know works, big games against Sunderland West Brom and Mboro, wev‘e gone up a gear, scored 7 and not conceded any, Sunderland are just hoping they can go back to pre Xmas form, can see this going the same as the game Saturday, we’ll score first, they’ll have a few chances and we’ll nick another 1I know Sunderland have been awful recently but fully expect them to be back to their best for the playoffs. Our great home form / 12th man with roar us onto victory, going for 1-0 with Wright with the goal.
If we can take a minimum of a two goal lead to the SOL it would be great, just think they will be difficult to beat this time around.can’t see how they can just go back to their best, we have a system at home that we know works, big games against Sunderland West Brom and Mboro, wev‘e gone up a gear, scored 7 and not conceded any, Sunderland are just hoping they can go back to pre Xmas form, can see this going the same as the game Saturday, we’ll score first, they’ll have a few chances and we’ll nick another 1
We draw fri and win at their place,If we can take a minimum of a two goal lead to the SOL it would be great, just think they will be difficult to beat this time around.
That's me told.Not on here it’s not.
