In my business we treat our customers with respect and not like pieces of shit. If a customer wants an account we arrange subject to usual commercial deal. If they wish to pay by credit card, we accommodate. If they wish to pay by cash, that's fine as well.
If somebody wants to make a decision at 6pm to go to a football match they should be accommodated.
It's just incompetent and arrogant that they should treat there customers in the way they do.
They pay these people on the turnstiles a minimum wage, so should be very simple to recover the cost.
