Yes and looking at how things have gone in the last few weeks, it's fair to say the search should have started some time ago - I bet they haven't even been doing anything about it i.e. interviews..just waiting for us to start flailing before they get off their bum and start thinking about itI think it may be time to start looking for a more permanent manager.

Our form in the cups has been great (apart from Norwich) and haven't mirrored our league form at all, mostly because we've been playing lower league opposition. I expect us to progress in both cups even with the poor form we're having at the moment.Venus has to walk. Or move back upstairs. I don't care which.
As mentioned above if we continue as we are we are likely to exit 2 x cup competitions and fall further away from teams at this rate.
