Much more positive for the first 50 minutes but our lack of quality in both boxes told in the end.

It's gonna take robins a while to fix the mess left by Slade and Venus, the goal should only be now to build up a bit of momentum for our league 2 campaign.

We were rubbish - the second half was as bad as any this season. Oh and they smacked the woodwork in the first half.

Encojraging first half
Dissapointing 2nd half

Overall see signs we will win some under robins before season over but looks like next year in league 2

I hope he wins some this year in League Two instead!!

The second half was utterly bereft of anything encouraging at all. The real alarming thing was the lack of desire from the players.
They played like a practice session. I would be amazed if we win more than 1 more this season.

It encapsulated our season today. Matching teams for long periods, but not creating anything like enough chances and letting sloppy goals in at the back.

Today was another mirror image of our season as a whole. Start off matching a team, end up well beaten.

First half was better than anything slade served up so there are encouraging signs.

Second half shows why we're getting relegated.

Them hitting the post was the only time they got out of their half in the first half.

If we had more confidence as a team we could have had a couple of goals first half.

It was any better then the first half against Gillingham, the second against Bury, the whole game against Bolton - pretend it was if you like.

It was a good first half but we didnt have many clear cut chances. Vs gills we had 4 brilliant chances and scored 2

Not knocking our victory, but Gillingham were very piss poor in that first half.

Their defence was all over the place.

And there is the problem.
We're they that much better then us are they actually a good team?
We just don't have what it takes in a very very poor league.
Has to be the worst football I have ever watched.
Haven't seen one 're that was actually that good bar Oxford when they ripped us a new arsehole.
God forbid hope we can keep it down to 2 goals at wembley.

Oh well as I've already got the idea stuck in my head that we're almost certainly going down the result reflects my pessimism. Hopefully we can pull something out of the bag at Wembley and the positivity from that is reflected next season.

I've had a shit day at work and will be heading to the pub for a drink before heading home to bed.

We were in it until they scored, after that it was a case of how many, our heads dropped and we lost all semblance of a shape.

Don't know why after this particular game - but I'm at a new low. Was hoping for at least a little more fight today.

Robbins needs to play the kids who need experience now - the league is done.

We need to win about 24 points from a possible 30. 10 games and we'd need to win 8 of them. Win 7 and draw 3 and that's 50 too.

Don't hold your breath lads.

I expected better I must admit.

The capitulation and apparant apathy and resignation to defeat was alarming.

Although we may have been in the game at nil nil I didn't think we were going to score.

They can laugh at us today but they will struggle if they go up as they are very limited .

You expected better, why? We have been so bad all season. In fact for several seasons. Why would it change within a few days?

0-2 flattered us. We gave in after the first goal. Bradford were in cruise control for the rest of the game and still could have had a couple more. This is dire stuff right now. We know that SISU lie at the heart of the problem but the immediate problem for any manager Mowbray/Slade/Robins is that a good proportion of the squad is simply not technically good enough nor mentally capable of performing at league 1 standard. We are the worst of the worst.

No attacking threat whatsoever and meekly capitulated after conceding, we didn't even make Bradford sweat. Only players showing any passion were DKE and Stokes, Stephenson was disappointing for me expected more from a home grown lad. The rest are not worth keeping IMO.

Yeah I thought Stevenson was anonymous after half an hour, for the rest of the match. Andy Turner said he was exceptional?! And the official man of the match for us was K Thomas! Work that one out!

I thought Kwame Thomas was very poor. Kept falling over, kept getting out-muscled, didn't hold the ball up well and at times the ball was bouncing off his shins.

Worst game for us I would say.

Watching that first goal, the keeper has to come for that ball across surely doesn't he?

There shouldn't be a ball put in, by an opposition player with his foot inside the 6 yard box.

Vernam should have cleared though.

Burge HAS to save the second one. Poor effort.

For 45 mins there was only going to be one winner, then the 2nd half started and there was.
Amazing transformation.
