Tight half. Feel like they've caused us more problems than we've caused them but neither teams look much of a threat so far. Don't know if there is wind or something but some of our clearances have been shocking.

I’d be surprised if this doesn’t end 0-0. Portsmouth here for a draw, we’re not offering much more either.

Both teams a bit poor. Ohares touch has been poor. Thankfully mcfadzean hyam and rose have defended well.

Kelly defensive midfield work well. Walsh not dictating things. Gonna be one goal in it and it will either be a good team goal from us or a bit of individual skill from them

Scrappy so far, few long range efforts but we're not looking as slick as we can. Would like to see us try and up the pace second half.

Pretty evenly matched half. Any chances of theirs have more come from us being a bit sloppy in possession which is also costing us a bit going forward. A dash more quality needed with the ball

Might need some pace in Giles to unlock them at the back.

Baka had a decent half. Pretty even but I do worry when they press. Chances few and far between.

Scrappy game, can see it overheating again. Not even going to try and guess the score. We need to improve our passing, too many unforced errors, almost like the pitch isn’t what they’re used to.

Baka has been excellent.

We need 2 upfront i feel but unless we go behind I can’t see robins going for that

Not a bad half, they're a typical Jackett team, big and strong. Quite one dimensional but effective.
Thought Baka did well first half but is isolated at times, the touch off to Allen was superb.
When Dabo is crossing we don't have much physical presence in the box. Mccallum not involved anywhere near as much as Dabo going forward.

Fairly even first half. Portsmouth maybe the slightly better team. Neither team really looked like scoring yet. Pretty boring.

Balls holding up in the wind and the pitch by the looks of it. They started well, then we dominated, few half chances and then they dominated but no real chances. Pretty even so far.

Baka having a great game, amazing what a bit of support and confidence does for certain players.

Very tight, hope we can nick it !

Weneed to revert back to playing out the back. This long ball from Morosi is losing possession all the time. Get our slick quick passing going on. Not sure about Allens influence at the moment.

This is obviously a wind influenced game, it’s as if the pitch is on a slant. We did okay and had decent possession but as the half went on Pompey had more midfield possession. Hopefully we can second half. Good game to win.

I want to see Shipley come on, could just see him sneaking a goal.

Probably Gooden/Biamou too, give the defenders something else to think about.

If we do go 2-up, I'd probably take o'hare off. Obviously targeted and is often bullied off the ball.

He looked tired. Allen and ohares game is very different to shipley and westbrooke. They look to go forward and take risks. Shipley and westbrooke work it forward slowly. Be interesting what mr does at 60 if still 0-0. Max for Baka odds on or Max for Ohare!!??
