Think o hare may start this one instead of Shipley who robins mentioned was very tired.

And perhaps kastaneer will start ahead of jobello

2 nil win kastaneer and Godden

Don’t get this one. We aren’t playing in Watford, it’s just up the a45 for those that live in cov. The people I meet up with finish work at 5.30 working in the city centre, and we meet at 7. Plenty of time for Most, surely ?

Exactly. I'll be watching my sons football training in Bedworth which finishes at 6pm, bus into cov city center, walk through to station, get train at 18:52, be in Birmingham New Street for 19:19 then a brisk walk to the ground. The train only cost me £2.50 for a return ticket

Not disputing what you & ccfcway say, but if you look on this thread and others, you will see there are plenty of our supporters who would ordinarily go on a Saturday, that will be remaining at home watching it on iFollow. That's the reality.

Don't disagree, just don't get it (for the majority of people)

Sadly they are vastly outnumbered by those who haven't gone to St Andrews at all, reality as well.

I would go for:

Marosi

Dabo
Mcfadzean
Hyam
McCallum (think may just too soon for mason, and might not risk him as we have a decent break after this game)

Walsh
Westbrooke
O'Hare

Kastaneer
Godden
Jobello

Think we might see O’Hare start just to give someone a rest. I wouldn’t rush Mason back as we’ve got a break straight after so may as well wait.

Marosi
Dabo McFadz Hyam McCallum
O’Hare Walsh Westbrooke
Jobello Godden Hiwula

S: Wilson, Watson, Rose/Williams, Eccles, Shipley, Kastaneer, Biamou

Eccles on for Walsh at 70 mins if we’re ahead and comfortable. Kastaneer on for Jobello and Biamou for Godden also, game allowing.

Win this, then a few days off to get everyone right before a big test of how far we’ve come.

2-0 Godden and Westbrooke

Anybody head up from the south west for the Walsall game? I'm definitely going but want an idea of traffic to finish work early if I need.

For some reason I feel like we are going to struggle with this one. We need to destroy a team soon. We the amount of chances we create.

But this game has 0-0 all over It.

Then again I had a dream last night we won 2-0 and Marosi scored from a goal kick.

Looking forward to it - always enjoy an evening game - have the M 42 to contend with but hopefully should be ok - weather will be dry and crisp and ideal for a city win !

I will just say again that anyone who expects hiwula and jobello to bust a gut better have a good reason for not going and watching on Tuesday night

Jobello's an odd one. Haven't seen much of a footballing brain so far at all, he just seems very unpredictable with what he does. Sometimes he crosses early, sometimes he cuts inside and sometimes he gets to the byline but the decision never seems to be based on what is happening around him. He reminds me of a giraffe just happy to be having a run on the savanna.

Yeah very true, but it is that unpredictability that makes him potentially a threat to opposition sides. If he doesn't know what he is doing, how will they?

The good news is I'm off work and in Birmingham anyway that evening.

The bad news is I'm seeing Eddie Izzard.

In fact the only one who doesn't know is Eddie Izzard. Hope it's not too much of a shock for him.

O’Hare for Hiwula for me guys been a passenger 95% of the season so far not good enough until he can learn to impose himself we should use O’Hare coming off that left hand side a player we are very lucky to have shouldn’t be sat on the bench with guys like Hiwula floating about doing fuck all most weeks

Probably see the same team again unless tiredness is having an effect. Having the weekend off does help in this respect as they'll have a lot of recovery time afterwards. If Mason is completely over his injury I'd like him to come back in but if there's any risk at all McCallum to continue.

I'll go 3-1. There is that underlying thought that we usually start to stuff things up at a midweek game but we seem to have a much more robust mentality compared to before.

Whilst I wouldn't be against Robins dropping Hiwula I don't think we should be shunting Ohare out wide, he's had success through the middle, play players in their best position. We have a winger in Kastaneer waiting for a start, get him in for Hiwula and play Ohare in the middle

I don't know too much about Wimbledon but they have a reputation of a team of cloggers. If that's the case I'd play O'Hare in place of either Shipley or Westbrook and leave Hiwula on as I still think he'd be more of a goal threat that Kastaneer. I'd be telling Hiwula I expect a performance or things could look very different against Donny.

1-1 dominate but fail to make it count. Godden for us, they score with their one chance as per last season
