No I agree, we would do the same and not bother. Same with mothers day and fathers day and do 2 things instead at different times

Reading Robins’ pre-match comments, he’s hinting Bayliss will play wide again. If he does I’ll be dissapointed, no coincidence our upturn in form occurred when he was in middle of the park driving the team forward.

2-2 draw

Really looking forward to tomorrow, will be great to see the Ricoh nearly full. It'll be my dad's first ccfc game since the late 90s, he's going to be in for a shock.

If Robins plays Doyle and Kelly and pushes Bayliss out wide and it doesn't work he's going to a right old pasting on here after the game.

I don't know I think it's about time we showed some respect the other 23 sides in the league.

Look at previous times people didn't respect sides like Newport or Forest Green and Accrington at there place.

Accrington rightly deserves it

Hmm team restricted due to injuries a bit think he will go with the following.

DKE RB
Haynes LB
Macdonald CB
Willis CB
Baylis CM
Doyle CM
Vincenti RM
Shipley LM
McNulty ST
Biamou ST

Subs: O'Brien, Hyam, Kelly, Barrett, Clarke Harris, Beavon, Ponticelli

Yup, actually woke up thinking about the game today. Under Robins we’ve done well in big games. I hope this continues.

I'm more nervous, not that confident of a good result. hope to be proven wrong and I'll be very chuffed.

Everyone was convinced we’d lose to Luton Swindon etc and we won. Everyone was convinced we’d beat Morecambe and FGR and we lost. One of those seasons, I think we’ll win today. The only thing that’s keeping me nervous is the virus. Could it be a tactic by Robins to confuse Stanley about his selection though?

Think there WILL be some surprises.

If not I reckon Robins will have gambled on just how much players have recovered from the bug.

Feeling a lot more confident this morning, so that means we will lose!

Id take a score draw.

Draw is okay as long as we follow it up with victory at Colchester.

If we drew that one as well that would be just 2 points out of 9 from 3 games and would have us sliding down the table.

And rightly so, we are unanimous in our thoughts on that partnership and the waste of Bayliss out wide. That’s rare for SBT.

As per my previous post, I’m worried he will go with Kelly/Doyle to try to compensate for the enforced defensive changes.

I think it's vital we win today, I understand the thoughts we'd settle for a draw at minimum but I just cannot see us improving our fortunes away that much.

Massive day ahead and a heavy expectation with possibly a huge crowd all the ingredients ccfc have crumbled under at home previously.

Should we dare to lose, I think I'll give here a miss till tomorrow. Toxic evening ahead....

I reckon there will be a fair few turning up today and just thinking it's Accrington Stanley we are going to turn them over 7-0 and not really show them any respect. That sort of stuff will fire them up a bit more I think.
