I have always said this however I don't think they would do it for head injuries. There is a work around, let the medical staff onto the pitch and the game continue.
Not happened in rugby union tbf
Sorry what?Yeah but no one wants to advertise during rugby.
Sorry what?
Not sure I agree but let’s suppose you’re right. I’d rather watch an ad break than incessant timewasting. As in rugby is boring/isn’t controlled by money men depending on your stance.

Dunno, I just think this is a slippery slope fallacy. American football with the endless pauses and changing of teams is built for endless ad breaks. Similarly cricket at the end of an over which is comparably ‘popular’ to rugby. What about if the physios wore adverts for McDonalds while they treated players? Best of both worlds.
I’m just wary of anything that makes the sport less live and more TV TBH. I hate the waiting for Sky so we can kick off already.
I get that, but you really can't tell the legitimacy of an injury from all the way up in the standsI think most moron fans are complaining about people taking advantage of the rules by faking an injury.
You can on replays at home though. Especially when a striker gets dispossessed and is embarrassed about it so falls over clutching his bonce whilst the opposition counter. In fact refs have even started blowing up for non head injuries in those circumstances. Play dead until the whistle goes then instantly get up and complain about it not being given as a foul. Does my head in .I get that, but you really can't tell the legitimacy of an injury from all the way up in the stands
Couple of years ago when we played them there was hundreds of empty seats which their fans blamed on 'no point travelling when its on TV' so not really sure they can now proclaim a successful boycott if they don't sell out.As of yesterday there are tickets still available in the west brom end,
West Brom posted an announcement via the club website on Monday advertising that tickets are still for sale.
It is not known how many of the 2,815 tickets are still available, but the fact any are going at all says it all.

Sure, just have a player go down near his own goal and use the medical staff as extra goalkeepers
Bta 30 mins lost on his way home
Huge gameCome on Jay Da Silva - don't get injured. The Welsh national anthem is spine tingling - brilliant pre-match v N Macedonia.
Jay playing brilliantly so far.
Would have been cat A too.Couple of years ago when we played them there was hundreds of empty seats which their fans blamed on 'no point travelling when its on TV' so not really sure they can now proclaim a successful boycott if they don't sell out.
*so farJay Da Silva in two 7-1 wins this season. Not many players will have that on their CV
