Nothappy with that. Call it what it is. We were poor all round. Wrong formation and tactics led to a frustrating afternoon. No excuse, regardless of Wed standing firm, we were hopeless and devoid of ides today. 3 points still needed. Will it be blackburn or will it be Pompey? Do our players want t show they can be kept on for the premiership? They best stand up and be counted in the next one. Saka was a huge miss today and we changed our game.
Oh well, it will surely come....

I don't think this is a day to have a go at the team, personally.

We are so close and it's been a magnificent season for us. We are nearly there.

We were sub par and Wednesday played well and defended their box admirably.

We are so close. Let's not hammer the players now.

Bad day at the office, let's move on and on to Blackburn. We weren't awful. Just powder puff.

Lessons learned:
1) Saka was sorely missed today.
2) Need a new front line. Wright, BTA and Simms are not Premier League quality.
3) Markelo is a strange signing. Is Yang worse? Esse not much better.

Team needs to realize the job’s still not done. I want the trophy damn it. Finishing 2nd would be disappointing.

Sheffield Wednesday were decent to be fair.
They weren't; they were organised, but had nothing in the way of threat. They looked like we should have expected them to look; a team that doesn't win but doesn't get battered either.

We were slow, played without intensity, allowed them to get into shape and played into their hands. It was desperately poor.

Incredibly poor performance and result under the circumstances. Ipswich are more than likely going to win at Portsmouth midweek and Blackburn away wont be easy.

Its not unrealistic for Ipswich to only be 4 points behind with a game in hand in a week's time.

What the fuck was up with Wright again ? Lazy bugger just looks disinterested most games. Simms is just lacking quality. We’ll get there but they’re going to need others to step up as usual in front of goal.

Anything less than a Boro win still leaves us in the position we should have been in if we'd won- at least one of Boro or Millwall will need to be perfect, we'll need to lose every game and they'll need to claw back the GD for us not to go up.

Still pissed off mind.

I never did think that today was going to be a walk over, but I’m shocked at the lack of passion or ambition shown today
Fingers crossed for them to get their heads straight for the Blackburn game

Not sure what Markelo has done wrong?
