The wife's getting her hair done on Wednesday afternoon. If she's done in time and get get our daughter from nursery, I'm thinking of coming up from Pompey for it.

If there's still tickets left, reckon I'll be able to pay on the gate/ticket office?

Don’t think there is pay on the gate is there but there will be some tickets available

Can’t make this as in Ireland with work.
Does anyone know a pub in Cork which will have it on? Chelsea & Man City both playing in the Champions League at the same time so I think I might struggle.

I likely won't know until 3pm then would need to leave straight away. According to that, I'd buy online and then collect at ticket office?

It's E-tickets now, it'll just be emailed to you the moment you've purchased.

not what in saying. Onyenka has been rly good. I have no doubt our chances improve now we have him

I'm just saying we can win games without him that's all. I would like him to start the game too

Of course we can win games without Onyeka. We were in 2nd before he played a game for us so it would be hard to disagree. But we have a 100% win rate since he has been in the team, including his 1st game against Middlesborough who were on a run of 6 wins on the bounce and had just gone past us by 2 points. We've only conceded 3 goals in the last 5 games with 2 of them in difficult games.

He is certainly in our strongest 11. I dont see any reason not to play our strongest 11 for the rest of the season.

Probably but he had played in almost every game until January, I know the squad has improved but he hasn’t played since the full 90 away at Charlton. Think this was around the time of the family tragedy so might be to do with that. Hope he’s OK.

Would it be too much to expect a home win by 5 or 6 goals

These days he's at best 5th choice in central midfield, I think it's just footballing reasons he's not there.

I'm very uneasy with the general feeling we've already won this game
It's PRESTON

More so than that, its the championship. How many matches are settled by a single goal in this league; a mistake, terrible referee call, 1 moment of brilliance?

This talk of saving Onyeka for Southampton is mental. If he's fit (IF) then he has to play.

4 points from this week imo. I would probably go for Esse over Sakamoto. I think Southampton will be a really tough game so would rather he was 100% for that one.

2-1 win.

I'd rotate for this one, with an eye on the early kick off Saturday. KKH for MVE, Simms for Wright, Esse for Sakamoto, Bidwell for JDS and give Markelo a go for EMC after an hour.

I always just try to remember that Checkatrade game with the two late goals.

Injury is a pretty good reason and that would be the only reason any poster has suggested him not starting on Wednesday let's be honest.

He didn't start for a reason

So let the club decide if he's ready for 90mins or not

Fact that doesn't change is if he doesn't start it doesn't mean we can't win still

Rushworth

MvE Wolf Kitching JDS

Onyeka Grimes

Sakamoto BTA EMC

Wright

If Frank is still feeling it, then Torp in for him. PNE are absolutely shite - should be a comfortable win - going BTA over Eccles because we’ll need more attacking threat.

Wasn't it after that 2nd leg at home that MR made the comment about 'Sky Blue Blood' then left us for Huddersfield?
