And still people moaning about the home WIN against Watford  Absolutely incredible stuff this forum at times.

My favourite was yesterday when it said we were top of the league but we weren't a "credible" top.of the league team.

Desperate stuff.

Which makes it even stranger when Lampard doesn’t start him over wright who looks like he’s never going to score again, put Simms in and leave him in for a few games but he never does, must have a good reason ?
Can't think what it is Quinn. Certainly not on Simms. Didn't pick him for one minute in play off semi finals. Perhaps looks too layed back, but so does Wright. All that matters is he scores ( recently anyway), on a regular basis.

Simms has scored 3 in his last 4 starts
If we are playing shit both strikers offer next to nothing’. If we’re playing alright Simms is the better choice. He causes more headaches for the defenders. Yes things bounce off him, but his mere presence gives more room for others. Still not convinced Haji is a CF , and his form this season since October has been just puzzling. Frank has put all of faith in him. When he comes back from injury, it’s like Simms has one quiet game and Haji is back in.. Haji may have several poor games but he’ll still start. Robins it seems got way more out of Haji than Frank has.

Strange one, problem is with both of them I think we’ve seen the best of them, and it’s never really been good enough, still think Asante is the difference and We‘ll be ok once he’s back,

All season our fine home record has been achieved with Kitch & Thomas.
I can't see how Frank can now leave out Lati & Woolf having made the massive call v Oxford.
Arguably the most decisive selection move of this season to date.

So the pressure is well & truly on the new pairing.
Wish them well.
