They should have yes but We had some good chances at start a d they rarely troubled us

Still dont thibk its time to panic but a number 10 or winger is a must at xmass window

Get top 3 by new year then consolidate

Luton draw... That's a bit better. No one in this league is any good. Consistency is the key

I hope Robins continues to give Ponticelli a run of games and does not drop him because he failed to score in one.
He's probably still our best hope for goals.

Don't forget we had a good goal disallowed.
Would have been a different game then.

Like every other striker he needs chances, we didn't get in behind the full backs and create them.

Mcnulty always looked like creating something, but we didn't use him

When the individual player's performances are so inconsistent, how can you expect the team to be consistent?

That’s me finished with this shit.

I refuse to pay £25 to watch tripe such as Vincenti and McNulty.

I rate Robins but his signings have been bloody shocking.

The worrying thing is you pick those 2 out when there were others much, much worse

Sounds like you paid money and didn't bother watching

LOTs of poor performances but McNulty a positive. Kelly has to play further up the pitch. I hate Grendel and others singling out players. Haynes was by no means the only player not to perform

mcnulty as positive? I’m sorry you couldn’t of been at he same game as me!

Still better than Jones. I bet he even needs his kit washing from doing something

This is not good enough , we have been relegated from above , we should be dominating this league , there is still time but seems like the bollocks have been kicked out of the club. Remember we are in a rock bottom league and losing at home to a small town

Only just, four or five overkicked passes in the first half then moaning at others for not getting there.

I think the attitude we should dominate is wrong. Why should we?

It’s the first game at home we’ve been really second best. We were second best all over the park after the first twenty minutes.

Haynes was absolutely abysmal. Nothing up front as per usual. Dare I say it we could've done with Reid today.

Well, Mansfield deserved that. They had the beating of us down the flanks, so I do find it quite baffling as to why they kept playing long balls down the middle all the time.

We did have the ball for long periods but didn't really create enough.

Thought Jones was anonymous. Grimmer and Haynes were beaten too easily and for me, Ponticelli is not quite ready for first team football. His touch isn't great and he loses the ball too easily, in saying that though he did keep coming over to the right flank to get the ball when he really needed to be in the middle. Not blaming him for that though to be honest, cos he wasn't getting much service.

Thought they were faster and stronger than us and that told ultimately. Not sure on their goal. Could Burge have done better?

Clive stating that Burge was outstanding today. Hilarious. The prick had fuck all to do except pick the ball out of his net. When are CWR going to realise that between Linnell, Squeakin and Foster, they have the most out of touch commentary team in the country. Maybe even the world.

God it’s hard being a city fan sometimes.

Don’t think it’s panic stations just yet but it’s frustrating beating Luton then losing the next game.

Will we ever become a team that can build a bit of consistency

We didn't deserve anything but I am not sure they did either.
The quality of the football is dire and we tend to sink to the level of the tempo the opposition set.
This was the game I expected but hope it wouldn't be.
Anyway on the next match......

True all he did was good the ball up the pitch at 900 miles an hour then scream that none of them are fast enough.

So did Haynes who was supposed to me marking the bloke and when Burge rollocked him he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away.

Jones is a flair player and you get good and bad. He can still offer something. The likes of Haynes offer nothing and have a lazy attitude to boot.
