People can whinge about the ref all they want but the fact is they’ve looked faster, stronger and won everything.

We look like we are half cut.

Grimes and Rushworth the only ones with some real credit in the bank from that

Could have been a lot worse.

Weathered the early storm and then seemed to just turn the game into a bit of a battle - which certainly suits us more at the moment

Ipswich playing right through our middle far too often.

The save from Rushworth was something else.

Currently not in it sadly. Rushworth save only thing giving us a shot still. Have faith in a big FL team talk to get us on track.

Thank fuck we got in at HT without conceding.

Absolutely terrible performance. Ipswich are a good side but we are handing everything to them. All the basics are missing.

Hopefully a rocket from Lampard will do the trick like it did against Swansea or else this is only going one way.

Oh yeah and the refs a complete ball bag.

Well, shit first half, but we are still in this (somehow)
Eccles or Allen for Torp
And Simms for Sakamoto and go 4-4-2
If we leave it as it is with the ball not sticking up front we are asking for trouble.

I'd take Rudoni off and get Eccles on. And if we weren't so short of midfielders, I'd be bringing Allen on for Torp too.

But I actually think Lampard may switch to the 3 / 5 at the back at some point in the second half. Get the wing-backs into the game a bit and get us up the pitch.

We're not getting close enough to them, too much Room as they're recieving the ball something we're not normally guilty of, seems positional awareness off.

Just watched that rushworth save again. Mental save and still stood up for the follow up.

Don’t know what to suggest if this illness is continuing to work its magic but we need some semblance of control in the middle.

Can't find anyone in blue with a pass, have we even completed one? Ipswich are winning the first, second and third ball and outnumber us everywhere.

Are they playing with 15 men?

I don’t really get people whinging about Furlong. Him going down is only hindering them. it gives us a break from the relentless attacks

That was a horrible half of football.

So poor; EMC looks on it, but whenever we get the ball to him, he's surrounded by three with no support at all. Other than him, it's been dire, tbh.

Only thing to say is it's still 0-0.

we have got a lesson on how a team of premier league players will outshine us - TF ipswich started slow they are a 100M pound team - if we go up half this team go else we will do a southampton and get pumped - if we get anything out of this game be happy

Furlong is a shit house. We are being steamrolled in midfield. If Torp and Rudoni don’t get a grip I want to see Eccles and Allen. Need a bit more bite in the middle of the park.

Not even sure what the answer is here

Hopefully frank does

Eccles for rudoni immediately though

That's not a bad shout, Rudoni isn't quite on it at the moment and we're looking a bit low on energy.

I think we'll see a much better second half from us though, there's no way FL will accept this level of performance...

I predicted two 5-0 against these and Swansea. I believe my total score was correct, but not the balance. So 9-0. Still leaves us chasing that elusive 7-0 this season.
I might change my prediction if that’s okay. 0-0. Nobody wants to lose, Ipswich are better.
