Has anyone ever seen a copy of the 'Coventry City Customer Charter'

http://www.football-league.co.uk/regulations/20110629/section-4-clubs_2293633_2125725
Regulation 19 Customer Charter

19.2 A copy of the customer charter and any amendments made there to shall be furnished to The League by each club and shall be made available to the public through all usual Club publications, the ticket office and their web site.

19.3 Each Club shall:

I'm sure some one will post on here - the official one - but what would you put in this charter if you had to submit one?

Come on, don't be shy. This will obviously be a great opportunity for fans to slag off the club/other fans/players/management/owners, etc.

Or I guess someone could post that we don't need a charter because SISU are doing such a wonderful job of running the club

Sisu charter
1) we promise to sell any player with any at any price
2) we will always stop any protests
3) we will destroy a great football club
4) we wil buy the arena and asset strip that once there is no players left worth anything
5) we will invest nothing in this club, but can't understand why we are not in the premiership
6) all our board members will not have any passion/ desire for the club

Here it is: http://www.ccfc.co.uk/page/CustomerInformation/0,,10269~1092543,00.html#continue

Intrigued by this statement:

Consultation

The Club is committed to a policy of continual improvement in the service it offers its customers and actively seeks and encourages feedback to aid this quest through the following:

Via the feedback feature on the Club's official website at ccfc.co.uk

Regular meetings with the official Supporters Club

Forums seeking feedback from our customers on specific areas of our operation.

Supporters' Forum - a cross section of supporters meet with key members of the Club's management team on a regular basis to discuss Club issues and policies.

Has any of this actually happened???

Forums, eh? Odd that it doesn't say they should be in the middle of the day when most of the fans are at work..they must have missed that bit out by mistake
