Regulation 19 Customer Charter

19.1 All Clubs must publish a Customer Charter and provide finacial reporting and accountability as requested by The Football League.

19.2 A copy of the customer charter and any amendments made there to shall be furnished to The League by each club and shall be made available to the public through all usual Club publications, the ticket office and their web site.

19.3 Each Club shall:

19.3.1 submit a charter by 30th June annually each year to The League. The report shall detail how each of the polices outlined in the charter have been implemented and the extent to which each has been achieved ; and

19.3.2 comply promptly with any request for information made by The League.

19.4 The League may report to The Independant Football Ombudsman, and undertakes to disseminate best practice for the benefit of all Clubs.

I'm sure some one will post on here - the official one - but what would you put in this charter if you had to submit one?

Come on, don't be shy. This will obviously be a great opportunity for fans to slag off the club/other fans/players/management/owners, etc.

Here it is: http://www.ccfc.co.uk/page/CustomerInformation/0,,10269~1092543,00.html#continue

Intrigued by this statement:

Consultation

The Club is committed to a policy of continual improvement in the service it offers its customers and actively seeks and encourages feedback to aid this quest through the following:

Via the feedback feature on the Club's official website at ccfc.co.uk

Regular meetings with the official Supporters Club

Forums seeking feedback from our customers on specific areas of our operation.

Supporters' Forum - a cross section of supporters meet with key members of the Club's management team on a regular basis to discuss Club issues and policies.

Has any of this actually happened???

Forums, eh? Odd that it doesn't say they should be in the middle of the day when most of the fans are at work..they must have missed that bit out by mistake
