who plays where Rudoni does?

helmets like Cam saying he was forgettable last week who cares? he’s our best player and likely to be out for a month or two.

more evidence we messed up the transfer window that the happy clappers still deny
Guessing torp number 10. Only going off that I hope it's him and not eccles

And yet we’re unbeaten
And yet the more we play a makeshift team, the less likely that is to continue! We've had 1 real challenge so far, and that was Leicester. And as much as we didn't concede, we never looked likely to score either. Unbeaten v Derby and Oxford and Hull, who are all there or there abouts tipped for relegation, isn't really a flex!

I'd put money on us not putting out our "full strength" 11 more than 3 times between now and 1st January! And by that i mean Saka, EMC, Rudi and Wright. We wont get all 4 on the pitch together more than 3 times! We've not done it once yet.

Its clear it was the stadium purchase window which I can live with. However pretending it was good on the player side is ridiculous

lots of egg on faces around our squad quality and depth
Even if we had an extra 3 players in various positions, there is no guarantees the best players all stay fit every week .

Its going to happen to every team all season .. we arent flush with cash so its harder for us to have several high quality squad players on decent money just sitting about waiting for an injury

Every team wants to do more in the transfer market

The Raphael loan just looks silly.

5 mins of him off the bench is better than having 5 fucking defenders on the bench.
So what has Raphael done so far at a lower level?

We have defenders that scored goals and create problems up front. I'd prefer to put them further up front and replace them with other defenders than play someone not doing well enough at a lower level.

We cant turn 6.5 mill down for a player like sheaf .. people keep saying we shouldn't have sold him cant be seriously suggesting we turn it down with his injury record

No we can't turn it down, but we absolutely should have replaced him.

You should go into medicine with that psychic diagnosis ability you clearly have

Easy to say sitting on skybluestalk , but the truth is the bid came in a day or 2 before deadline , the club didnt sit twiddling thumbs they will have tried to improve the squad and unless you want shit in for the sake of numbers then unfortunately the smaller squad will have to do

See everyone talking about the team news, but can't find it anywhere. What page of the thread is it on?
Ok, found it on the Evening Bellylaugh.

Replacing Sheaf isn't even the issue. Eccles is a good player. Saying we should reinvested in attacking depth is a fairer argument.

No rudi is a worry , and not much attacking threat from the bench .
yeah the bench is pretty horrendous.

There were people here during the window bragging the starting XI were automatic contenders without noticing the bench was full of bottom half fodder

The bid came in the morning of Oxford, the club will have tried to sign players in the window
yes but they’d made contact. in reality if it was feasible he’d go we should have had someone lined up. extremely poor planning
